This is one of the most common ESP
abilities.
Special Limitations
Fixed Range: You cannot double your range by
spending 2 FP. This does not prevent you from doing so with
extra effort, stunts, etc. -5%.
Normal Sight: You cannot see in absolute darkness, and you
suffer lesser darkness penalties normally (though Night Vision
will offset them). This is incompatible with Clairaudience or
Clairosmia. -20%.
