Skill: Portersense (Per/Hard).
This is a limited version of Psi Sense (p. 41). It uses those
rules (and psi techniques), but it can only detect teleportation
(coming or going).
Statistics: Detect (Teleportation Activity; Reflexive, +40%;
Teleportation, -10%; Vague, -50%) [4]. Further levels remove
Vague [7], then add Precise, Nontargeting [11], and then Ana-
lyzing [16].
