You have a minor Compulsive Behavior (p. B128) or Obses-
sion (p. B146) concerning a particular useful commodity –
usually ammunition, food, or fuel. It’s good roleplaying to
acquire reserves of this stuff whenever possible, but you
never have to do so unless genuine shortage looms. Then roll
3d. A 17-18 means you must give in, and the GM may lower
the self-control roll to 15 if the crisis is dire or the chance to
stock up is especially good.
As an upside, you’ll almost always have a supply of some-
thing genuinely useful on hand!
