Quirk-level Honesty (p. B138) – sort of. You must obey the
letter of the law, though you may ignore the spirit to seek loop-
holes or suggest crimes to others, and you feel no obligation to
keep your word unless contract-bound. To break a law out-
right, you must make a self-control roll at 12 or less; failure
means that the consequences of disobeying worry you more
than those of obeying, and you refuse.
This quirk is irrelevant in lawless settings!
