meaning, you will, missing figurative intent. For instance, “That
went right over your head, didn’t it?” causes you to glance
upward, and “You don’t have a clue, do you?” elicits a response
like “Not yet, but we’ve only just started the investigation.” This
rarely causes bad reactions, but rivals get +1 to attempts to
make you look unsophisticated or dumb, and you have -1 to
use Acting, Savoir-Faire, Sex Appeal, etc. specifically to come
off as suave (but not in general).
