Your eyes are unusually light-sensitive. You have -1 to HT
rolls to resist dazzling effects (flash-bang grenades, Flash
spells, etc.). If you suffer even -1 to Vision due to bright light,
add another -1; if the total penalty reaches -10, you’re effec-
tively blind.
You cannot have both Photosensitivity and Protected
Vision (p. B78).
