Blowpipe

This is the ability to use a blow-
pipe. You can use this weapon to
shoot small, usually poisoned, darts.
You can also use it to blow powders at
targets within one yard. Treat this as a
melee attack, not as a ranged attack.
Such attacks are always at +2 to hit.
Modifiers: -2 and up for wind, if
outdoors.
