Open source p.58Hard Default Emotion Sense-4; cannot exceed Emotion Sense. You can use Emotion Sense on an animal. If successful, instead of the +3 bonus mentioned above, you can make Influence Rolls (p. B359) on the creature at no penalty. In a game in which Animal Telepathy (pp. 71-72) exists, this psi technique is not available.
