Default attack skill-4.

Prerequisite: An appropriate elemental ability and an attack skill for it; cannot exceed attack skill. Some elemental masters specialize in attacking the abilities of the element their own element restrains or limits (see Deliberate Crippling, p. 13). This requires a roll at -4 against a specific attack skill. It’s possible to train in this kind of attack, buying off the penalty. You must specialize by your attack skill and by the element you’ve trained to cripple; e.g., Deliberate Crippling (Innate Attack (Beam)/Fire).
