Hundreds of spell scrolls dangle overhead in this 40’ circular library. Shelves of tomes line the walls and flying books soar and perch throughout the room. A diagram of the towers can be seen on a pedestal on the other side of the room, sitting in front of a door to a gallery. A crystal orb and loose papers are sprawled on a desk near the stairs leading both up and down.
