STOLAS’S PRISON AND UNIVERSE

The ceiling of this 100’ diameter floor here is blown apart, with rubble and bedroom furnishings scattered under the chaos above. In the center is a glowing crystalline structure formed around a massive owl creature, the size of an elephant. A crown sits on its head, and a nebula swirls in its eyes. Just looking at it makes you feel foolish, guilty, and a sense of trauma like you’ve just witnessed a gruesome death. Several platforms made of the exploded walls float around this floor of Rook, blown out around broken stairs up. Lightning-like corpselight energy arcing from a levitating pandemonium of cosmic energy.

  • !Rubble: Difficult Terrain
  • Owl:Stolas is likely still trapped in its Antimagical Prison.
  • Antimagical Prison:Anti-Magic Force Cage (failing). Protects who­ever is within the prison from effects from the outside, and any Being within the prison that Casts a Spell must pass a Will Save with a penalty or the Spell fails. This effect also prevents the magical abilities of 30 HD Beings from working, but the ruined state of the prison has reduced this to 20 HD. Only an effect with a power comparable to a wish can remove the prison, unless the prison fails.
  • !Pandemonium: Hovering in the air in the center of this floor is a 5’ mass of primordial chaos, the spark of creation to a universe the Stolas is attempting to make. Any Being Near to it must pass an [Endure] Save or take damage from the energy and be pulled 15’ closer.
  • Crystal Golems: 5 Crystal Golems (Crystal Living Statue), born from broken pieces of the prison. Lightning arcs from their forms, and they will wander aimlessly around the towers.

  • Serpents: The Amphipteres from outside will harass anyone on the platforms.

Crown of Stolas

Lore: Fabled Relic Crown Functions as a Ring of Three Wishes if the wearer is looking at a star. If a wish is used, the star falls from the sky and the wear­ er’s lifespan is shortened by years. This can only be undone by another wish.

Magic Ward IV: Cast Checks that include it as a Target have a penalty. Regenerate III: Regains 13 () HP on its Turns.
