Chained One [LVL 3]
Conjurers and witches aren't always destroyed by the Dominion. Some are enslaved and
reeducated by the Church to become anti-sorcery weapons. One sees them chained at the
vanguard of armies, their humanity hidden under a closed helm and a coat of filth and scars.
