Every undersea community is ruled by a Deep Old One who has reigned sometimes for centuries or millennia, mercilessly eliminating their competitors, and communicating with Dagon himself. These towering giants (12 to 18 feet tall – roughly 3 to 6 metres) only leave their underwater palace under exceptional circumstances. Always accompanied by Deep Ones.
