Big Crick

A river in the northernmost part of River Country where Bubbletop was founded. Big Crick is famed for its natural gasses that bubble up from the earth, creating hot springs, geysers, and in some remote and less trodden areas, acidic pools called boilers.

what's there

• Lots of relaxing hot springs draw travelers from all over the Mucklands to enjoy river-side inns.
• Geysers spewing jets of gas and water from deep beneath the earth constantly go off, in some cases at random, and in other cases, like clockwork.
• Giant cave systems jeweled with eroded tunnels filled with geometric shapes, hidden passages, and various uncharted, unexplored caverns.
• Acidic pools called “boilers” filled with perilous acids from beneath the earth. It isn't uncommon to find floating skeletons of birds and other animals in these pools where they accidentally approached to take a drink of what looks like cool water.
• Bogril naturalists swim and live in the water as their kind used to in the old days, known for their relaxed, friendly behavior.
