Newly established in the Mucklands, the Welkin Post is a popular service in the welkin city of Cloudcap north of the Mucklands. The first Mucklands office is high in the mountains, as a sort of bridge between regions, and few people even know it exists. Currently, there is only one office, but they are looking to establish offices in every region in the Mucklands.

Zygo Downwattle is tasked with establishing a new office in every region of the Mucklands, but he's in way over his head. Escort Zygo on his journey to expand the Welkin Post, and he'll pay you each 1 pouch of Silver Coins.

In each location there are problems that need to be dealt with before a place of business is up and running.
