2. Archetype
p.18Your archetype is a basis for the character: it sets your key Attribute, key Skill, 3 starting Talents to choose from, Resources range, and personal gear. No two player characters in the same group should share an archetype.
3. Name
p.18Choose a name (each archetype's own page in the book offers name suggestions) or make one up.

0 of 0 points remaining
6. Talent
p.21Your archetype offers 3 starting Talents β choose 1. (More are earned with Experience Points and may be chosen freely, including talents from other archetypes.)
No options yet β complete the step this depends on.
7. Motivation
p.18What drives your character forward? Your chosen archetype's own page prints suggestions (opens via the cite above once an archetype is picked) β choose one or write your own.
8. Trauma
p.18The event that gave you the Sight β physical or mental, usually connected to the supernatural. Your archetype's page prints suggestions.
9. Dark Secret
p.19A problem you're ashamed of and keep to yourself β it should actively affect the game. Your archetype's page prints suggestions.
10. Relationships
p.21One relationship per other player character at the table (the other player must approve it) β your archetype's page prints suggestions. Note them here.
11. Resources
p.21You start at the LOWER value of your archetype's printed Resources range (shown once an archetype is picked). Spending Skill Points before play raises it by 1 step each, up to your archetype's upper value β see the Resources table for what each value means.
12. Personal Gear
p.22Your archetype's printed personal gear (shown once an archetype is picked) β kept from mystery to mystery, unlike temporary gear bought or found during play.
13. Memento
p.23Roll D66 (two d6 β first die = tens, second = ones) on the Mementos table, or choose your own item. Usable once per session to heal 2 Conditions while resting; weave it into your character.
14. Description
p.23A brief physical description for the table.
