Roll20 chat bridge

Send my rolls to Roll20 chat Enhanced cards (requires the Roll20 mod script — see step 4)

Roll20 has no inbound API, so this works like Beyond20: a small userscript runs on your Roll20 tab and posts each roll into chat.

Install the userscript in Tampermonkey or Violentmonkey — one install covers every game system.
Open your Roll20 game (the in-game editor page) — a status chip appears bottom-center.
Enable the toggle above; rolls you make here appear in Roll20 chat, themed to this system.
Optional — enhanced parchment cards (Roll20 Pro): open your game → Settings ▸ API Scripts ▸ New Script, paste in the mod script, save, then check Enhanced cards above. Every player then sees a themed card (in this system's colour) instead of a plain text line.

Local single-user relay through /api/roll20 on this app — nothing leaves your machine.
