quests
OPERATION GET SCRUBBY
R. Teddy Finkenhouse is trying to save animals covered in oil and grease from the Blackrill. They're filthy and if not cleaned properly they could perish. But there's hope! They've got a lead on a new product from Thurf called Scrubby™, a soupy liquid cleaner that's safe to use on anything, including animals. R. Teddy wants you to purchase 30 barrels of the stuff for 1 pouch of Ancient Coins that he provides.
what's there
- Big companies treat the river like a dump site.
- The Green Gallivanters are applying special mixtures into the water to eat up the grease, but it barely seems to make a dent.
- Ghost ships with disappeared crews float and collide with the riverbanks from time to time.
- Scrubby can be purchased from any large vendor in Thurf.
- THIEVES try to steal the pouch of Ancient Coins should the PCs be indiscreet about the purchase.
- Traveling with 30 barrels of Scrubby requires several wagons or equivalent.
- Once given to R. Teddy Finkenhouse, he requests the PCs help clean up all the animals: ducks, river otters, geese, beavers, and the like.
