King Cedric Of Caeirkult

King Cedric is well known throughout 
the land as a savvy diplomat and 
trader. After the disastrous reign of his 
Father, Hector the Unwise, in which 
most of the Caeirkult Navy was lost to 
a war with Aelion, trade relations with 
the south were allowed to stagnate 
into near nothingness. Cedric has 
rebuilt a strong Navy and encouraged 
trade by lowering tariffs, making 
Caeirkult a thriving port and important 
stopping point for trade to Fianna and 
Drakkar.
