Shield Of Oric

Oric was a Priest of Meteron in the 
early days of the Settlement of 
Formoria. It is said his faith in Meteron 
was so great that he went into battle 
with only his shield and his faith that 
Meteron would protect him from evil.  
The Shield is of steel-rimmed 
ashwood, round and covered in white 
leather with a gold boss in the style of 
a Sunburst of Meteron. No matter 
how many blows the shield takes, it 
never seems to be damaged or 
marred in any way.  
The Shield imparts a magical +1 bonus 
to AC. If wielded by a Priest of 
Meteron, the shield allows the priest 
to know Shield of Faith without 
counting toward the Priest’s spells 
known.
