There are no laws. The social con-
science (or strength and weaponry!) of
the population maintains order.
“Anarchy” could mean a lawless mob
. . . or a society of clear-eyed, strong-
backed pioneers. CR0, but if your
well-armed neighbors unanimously
disapprove of what you’re doing, it is
effectively illegal!
