Attacks Without Damage

Not all attacks inflict damage. Some – stun rays, drugs, etc. – offer a
modified HT roll to resist (e.g., HT-2). If the victim is hit and fails his
HT roll, he’s affected; see Affliction (p. 35) for details. Other attacks
restrain the victim, requiring ST rolls to break free; see Binding (p. 40).
